David F. Andrew

David F. Andrew concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate transactions, real estate development, and planned unit development law.  His experience includes the creation, development, registration and sale of residential, agricultural, industrial, commercial and mixed-use condominium and subdivision projects, the acquisition and disposition of residential, agricultural, commercial, industrial and resort properties, and the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts.  

Mr. Andrew's clients include developers, land owners, investors and individual property owners.

Mr. Andrew's work has included the creation, registration and sale of residential condominium projects in Waikiki, the development and disposition of mixed-use subdivisions on Maui, the conversion of hotels and office buildings to residential condominium projects, the drafting and negotiating of construction contracts for projects throughout Hawaii, the creation, registration and sale of luxury resort subdivisions on the Big Island of Hawaii, the development and disposition of industrial subdivision properties in Kapolei, and state and federal land sales registrations for multi-phased, luxury residential projects on Kauai.

Mr. Andrew co-authored the Hawaii Real Estate Law Manual, 2010.

Mr. Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Samuel P. King, U.S. District Court, District of Hawaii, from 1991 to 1992.
