Diane Yuen Praywell
Diane Yuen Praywell concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate transactions and real estate development. Her experience includes acquisitions and dispositions of hotels and other resort properties, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial property and undeveloped land, and development of residential, commercial, industrial and time share projects. Her clients include developers, land owners and investors.
She was a contributing author to the Hawaii Conveyance Manual, 5th Edition, 2010 and to the Hawaii Real Estate Law Manual, 2013.
Ms. Praywell served as a law clerk to the Honorable Helen Gillmor, U.S. District Court, District of Hawaii, from 1997 to 1998.
