Tracy D. Tanaka concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate transactions, real estate development and commercial leasing.
Ms. Tanaka represents clients in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, development, including affordable housing, and related financing.
She has also worked with clients with respect to commercial leasing matters of buildings and other commercial properties, on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
