Edward H. H. Wong

ASSOCIATE

Edward Wong, an associate attorney, concentrates his practice in real estate and business transactions and real estate development. 

Mr. Wong's work includes due diligence analysis and documentation for the acquisition, disposition, development  and financing of commercial properties and business entities. 

Mr. Wong received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law, with a certificate in Environmental Law. While in law school, he served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy. 

Mr. Wong has served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Richard R. Clifton, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Honorable Marcus Z. Shar, Baltimore City Circuit Court for the State of Maryland. Mr. Wong also served as an intern at the United States Department of Commerce, Office of General Counsel, Contract Law Division, where he provided legal assistance on government contracting matters. He also interned at the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance. 

Mr. Wong obtained his bachelor's degree in finance from Lehigh University. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wong was a law clerk to the Honorable Derrick H. M. Chan of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit for the State of Hawaii.
